Frontline, Customer Service, Supervision and Leadership classes for incumbent employees or individuals.

Three-hour seminars are practical and effective ways to provide your staff with leadership and professional development needed to sharpen the competitive edge.

The Frontline Series includes nine three-hour modules offering certificates of completion in Getting Organized, Employment Law Awareness, Cultural Awareness, and Business Communications.

The Customer Service Series includes ten three-hour modules offering certificates of completion in Superior Service, Teamwork, and Personal Best.

The Supervision Series contains 17 three-hour modules offering certificates of completion in Business Communications, Fundamentals of Supervision, Enhancing Employee Performance, Managing Employee Performance, Harassment & Discrimination Prevention, Powerful Presentations.

The Leadership Series features the following two-hour modules: Leadership Candidates, Developing Your Inner Leader, Ethics of Leadership, Building High Performance Teams, Motivation and Coaching, and Strategic Planning.
