ON-SITE TRAINING

What is on-site training?
Simply put, on-site training is the perfect solution for training a small group of employees with training needs in a specific area or launching a company-wide training effort.

It's affordable...your folks won't have to leave the office; it's customizable, ...design it to fit goals important to you; it's completely hassle-free and it produces immediate and measurable results. You choose the classes, days, and times that best suit your employees.

Why should you consider onsite training?
You need to train several people at once.
You're looking for an alternative to sending employees off-site, incurring expensive travel and lodging costs.
Onsite training allows synergy that public seminars, videos, and other training options do not.
Because we take care of the content and delivery, onsite training frees your staff to work on other projects.

As part of the Professional Development Academy, participating community colleges will bring highly effective, interactive training onsite to your business or organization, with no fees/tuition associated with delivery, if all the following criteria are met:

Minimum of 20-26 participants/class (dependant upon the college you are working with)
Employer reproduces student materials (masters provided by college)
Advertised and open to the public
Standard curriculum - no customization for employer or industry specific needs

Are you ready to bring training onsite? Click on the College Locator Page and contact your nearest local community college. They'll make all the arrangements.

If you have less than 20-26 participants, and do not want your training session open to the public or wish to customize curriculum to specifically meet your training needs...Customized Training may be the answer.
